MADE A LOT OF BAD CHOICES YESTERDAY BUT TODAY IS A NEW DAY I'LL TRY TO DO BETTER
TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY
I'm trying something called Skinny Up in which you have lunch and dinner and no breakfast. You can have a cup of coffee for breakfast if you want. You take the drops 3 times a day and only eat the foods they list. I found that all the foods they recommend are good on lowering your cholesterol. It suppose to attack the hidden fat. I've been on for about 2 weeks and lost 11lbs. I like it because you can't eat much but I don't eat much anyway. That is how I gained my weight. Your body thinks it is starving and store fat because you're not eating.

It was horrible...now it's just "bad"...it's a one meal/one day at a time journey for me in regards to the diet...but it's a journey that I am working on consciously!!!
