I finished Ripped yesterday. I really need to workout my core. I was happy with my Ripped results my lower tummy has gone down so much and my legs are shrinking. I lost 5 lbs over the course of doing this for a mth and a half. Im going to test run her kickboxing video tomorrow.

Liza, I really like 6W6P abs but I find myself missing RI30. I did feel muscles in my core that I've never felt before. I had to take a rest from workouts this last week because of a sinus infection.

I've decided to redo Ripped In 30 starting this Sunday.

I went through last week alternating RI30 and 6W6P workouts and decided I'll take a break this week to fully recover from my sinus infection before starting up back again. Trying to decide what program to start back up with. I'm tempted to go with P90X and see what my body does in the next 3 months.

Today's workout is done. Did 6W6P level and 2 full pushups at the end. I like this one especially how quickly it goes at the end. I'm thinking I'll definitely feel my core tomorrow. Tomorrow is RIP30 week 2 and 15 minutes of HIIT from turbo fire. This rotation is gonna go by so fast.

Workout 1 is done. Kept the weights at 5&8lbs even with the dreaded side lunges with arm raises. Went through it with much more ease than the first time I did it 4 weeks ago. I can definitely tell that I've made some good strides in the last 4 weeks. I added turbo fire 15 minute HIIT workout and even that was easier this time. I just had to push harder. Tomorrow is level 1 of 6W6P so let's see how that goes. I think I'll stick to adding cardio 2 times per week, don't want to overdo it.

So I'll stick here for awhile. This 30 day challenge will be alternating Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack abs. So today is RI30 week 1. Gonna add 15 minutes of HIIT to this one. I need to update my ticker and take some beginning photos for this round. I'll update on the workout later.
