Pick 3 goals that you would want to do DAILY. anything from walk 10 mins, do situps, clean house for 10 mins, floss you teeth, walk the dog, make dinner at home, drink 8 glasses of water, eat fruits and veggies, ect. ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO DAILY! we are all very different and have different goals! So how it works is list you 3 goals and then everyday you get 0-3 points depending on how many goals you reached that day! also choose 3 over all goals for the month you want to do. 50 points at the end of the challenge for each over all goal you reach. ex would be get to a certian weight/size, # of fitness minutes again ANYTHING you want. Spark goodie for the one with the most points at the end of the month! we will start with tomorrow so everyone has time to get the message and end april 30. copy and paste what i do below, fill in your own goals and then edit your post with your points! GOOD LUCK.

3 BIG GOALS:
1. run a mile out side in less then 12 minutes: dont know yet will try tomorrow as long as its nice out but i have my doubts
2. be and stay under 153 YES 149.8 this morning and since fri...and under 151 last week
3. join a gym or prove to myself i dont need it by being out side almost everyday and continue to lose weight! im gona say fail.... i have still lost but i wasnt out side or exercising very much.

50 for sure... maybe 100???
