I've not been doing too good on the July challenge, but I'm ready to keep pushing. I know I have to start eating better for sure because my body is just not making it. I can't go a whole day without a nap...UGH! I'm back at it.
Fitness - Work Out at least 20 minutes, 5 days a week Diet - Make sure I'm eating healthy, counting my calories and eating enough to feed my little guy. Personal - Spend time with my girlies and little man just playing!
