I've just started SparkPeople's 28 Day Fitness challenge! I did it last year and saw results so I'm doing it again to get me going! How is everyone else doing?

I've not been doing too good on the July challenge, but I'm ready to keep pushing. I know I have to start eating better for sure because my body is just not making it. I can't go a whole day without a nap...UGH! I'm back at it.

My July Goals:

Fitness - Work Out at least 20 minutes, 5 days a week
Diet - Make sure I'm eating healthy, counting my calories and eating enough to feed my little guy.
Personal - Spend time with my girlies and little man just playing!

My July Goals:

Fitness: Work Out at least 15 Mins/day 5 days/week
Diet: Get 4 Fruits/Veggies in everyday and only one treat
Personal: Spend time everyday reading to my kids and work on their skills (Mon-Fri)
