I was too cause I haven't exercised like normal for the past couple of days and I think my body is missing the movement! I just felt so blah all day until I did the challenge and then I focused on where I wanted to go from here. completed 60 min of exercise today!

Excellent challenge. I was feeling a little out of it today and this helped me put a positive spin on things!

I cant' remember if we have had this challenge already but I thought today would be a good day for it!

Look in the mirror and name 5 things that you love about yourself. Write them on post it notes and place them where you can see them throughout the day. Positive thoughts carry you a long way!
