MY GOALS FOR APRIL
1) Lose weight, 8 lbs would be nice
2) keep track of my calories
3) get on SP daily at least Mon-Fri
4) do some spring cleaning
5) shampoo carpets

My goals for April...

get back in the habit of working out regularly

put at least $100 dollars in my Christmas money savings account

less junk food

more fruits and veggies

teach my son how to tie his shoes

For April I will...

weigh less on May 1st than I do on April1st

spend quality time with family and friends

do something creative daily

exercise at least 4 times a week

drink more water

incorporate more relaxation techniques and meditation into my routine

marvel in my children daily

show gratitude

celebrate spring!

I would like to lose at least 5lbs by the end of April

Complete another of sparkpeople virtual 5k program

spend one on one time with each of my girls

Exercise 6 days each week

No snacking after dinner

Finish spring cleaning

Fit into a size 11/12 (haven't been this size in over 7 years! )
