Okay, well how about a challenge to log at least 70 fitness minutes a week for the rest of the month? That's only 10 minutes a day!!! Or you can bunch it all up in a couple of sessions, whatever works for you! Sound like a good challenge? I could use something like this myself, because I've been really slacking in the fitness department!
