Okay, well how about a challenge to log at least 70 fitness minutes a week for the rest of the month? That's only 10 minutes a day!!! Or you can bunch it all up in a couple of sessions, whatever works for you! Sound like a good challenge? I could use something like this myself, because I've been really slacking in the fitness department!

Week 2 (Aug 13-19)
Week 3 (Aug 20-26)
Week 4 (Aug 27-Sep 2)

Copy and paste this in a reply here at the end of each week, or when you have hit 70 minutes that week!

We don't have a ton of activity and there hasn't been a lot of response on past challenges. I'd like to see that change...
