Hmmm... intriguing. I want to join in but just trying to decide what to do. So many things to choose from considering running or pull ups.

Ok my yoga studio is doing a summer challenge to do 30 classes in 40 days. I'm going to use this as an incentive to keep myself moving during this hot hot hot summer of ours and get myself in better shape before the beginning of the school year! If anyone out there is a CorePower member, sign up! It's free!
So in the spirit of change - who is up for a 30 in 40 challenge? All you have to do is pick one thing you are going to do for 30 out of 40 days (or more if you want!) and set your reward for completing it at the end.
This challenge start Monday July 16th!
