As I said last month, the goal of this challenge is to stay committed to working out everyday, whether it's for 10 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour, for the entire month!
Set a personal 'Fitness Minute' goal for the month and start logging those minutes! Count all fitness minutes, not just cardio minutes. Don't worry about anyone else's goal, just concentrate on challenging yourself!!
The challenge will run Sunday, April 1 through Monday, April 30.
