I use heating pad and apply it to where I am hurting....this works well unless I am in one of those stages where I am "hot" and sweaty..then it becomes uncomfortable. Also a warm bath helps with pain most of the time as it does you. Cold weather it awful and I am sooo glad that winter is on the way out!

For some reason, most of the time, if I use heat it causes more problems than it solves. It soothes initially and then my muscles SPASM... makes me very emoticon ...
I do like a nice WARM bath, or a COOLER hot tub (99 degrees is my top comfort level! I know, just being contrary! LOL)

"The real secret of success is enthusiasm..." thanks, Walter P. Chrysler. I believe it. That's what I want in my life--to give my imagination a chance, to live with energy and enthusiasm!

Ralph Waldo Emerson said 'Life belongs to the energetic.' But you don't have to be frenetic and hyper--some energy is quiet and steady, like a heartbeat... and that works too! LOL

Life comes in specific increments, which we receive as a gift of one moment at a time. That's why it's called

It sounds like a great thing to do unless one has a "body heat" problem:):) I seem to like the cool sheets to crawl into but it might be a solution for me while sitting with the computer. Thanks for a good idea.

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

This may not seem like much but I recently bought a heated mattress pad. This thing helps quite a bit!!! Whenever I am hurting i turn on the pad and let it get hot and climb in for a little while.
