So according to that calculation, I set a women's record for 1/2 marathon back in July, 1:05!

So, Paul Ryan claims to have run marathons (really he only ran one) for a PR of "something under three hours, high twos, two fifty something." A comment to which he add, "I was pretty fast when Iwas young, yeah."

In fact the lying mudder-fracker only ever ran one and that was for 4:01:25.

But have no fear! Someone has found the algorithm to calculate your race PRs, regardless of the distance, in Paul Ryan time.
