Rays Notes: When I was growing up, My parents always taught us to do our best. We didn't have to be perfect as long as we did our very best! They would say... how did you think you did? and then... Did you do your very best? It is a great life lesson and one that has served me well especially when it comes to my Lifestyle change.... do I do my best... Someday yes and sadly some days no but the yes days are winning this week!
The ride has been up and down but but I've done my best for the most part and that's all that counts!
Have I slipped up... you bet I have but I rebounded right back and got back on track with even more determination than I had before! Small steps, small goals and complete support from my family and friends makes the difference.
Be successful in the little things! it's whatever we do best! step by step... inch by inch we get closer to our goals! Isn't that what we're here for?
We will win our race... we will make it to the goal line... onward always forward until we stand in the winners circle!
What ever it is... whether weight loss, education, family fun time, your hobbies or whatever... to be the best means you are committed to the task at hand... with your eyes on the prise! Reach for it... feel it... you can do it! It is yours for the taking!
