I watch what I eat and I work out everyday! Yeah Me!
Wait...reality! lol! (I like my dream world, what can I say?!?)
For superbowl, I did really well. Had food at home. DH made healthy chicken-i.e. took chicken breasts, soaked have in hot sauce and half in Teriyaki sauce and cooked them. No breading, nothing! yeah! I also made healthier potato skins with a little sour cream and cheese-no bacon. But then I also had Taquitos. No chips and dips!
But then there was Saturday night...at a bar...for someone's birthday. Again, started out good-had Jack and diet coke, but that got expensive, so went to light beer. Couldn't tell you how many of those I had. And of course, being a birthday party, there was cake involved.
But like you said, a new beginning! I've been watching what I'm eating and working out this week! I think weekends should be "freebies" lol!
And yes, I did have some homemade hummus over the weekend too...
Every Time I hear that dirty word "Exercise" I wash my mouth out with "Chocolate" !!!!!!!!
