Well I am tackling my first 1/2 in October. The running plan has 54.6 miles for this month. I've done 3.5 so far! I can't always run the 3 times a week, but I do so much better with an actual goal in mind!

8/1 - 3.5
8/4 - 5.12
8/6 - 3.5
8/8 - 3.5
8/10-11 - no running, 5 hours on horse back cross country jumping
8/13 - 2.25
8/14 - 3.9

Well I am tackelling my first 1/2 in October. The running plan has 54.6 miles for this month. I've done 3.5 so far! I can't always run the 3 times a week, but I do so much better with an actual goal in mind!
