Hello! How's everybody?

For September I'm doing 50 squats a day on top of my regular exercise. I want stronger legs so here I go.

Hey! I just got home at midnight last night from 3 weeks in the UK and Sweden. I walked SO MUCH, did some biking and a bit of running, but I also did a lot of eating and drinking. I feel heavy but my clothes don't feel tighter so hopefully I haven't gained too much. I'm going to eat clean this week now that I'm home and back into my routine, and I'll weigh in next weekend to see if I gained and how much. Too nervous to weigh myself now!

How's everyone else doing?

eeeps, I just spent 9 days in The UK and drank lots of beer, ate lots of crisps....more than the walking calories could possibly burn off!

It's a new month! How are you doing? I'm pretty excited, I'm starting a cleanse on Monday so today and tomorrow I have to eat all the gluten and junk food and drink the wine opened! ha ha. Monday morning I'm going off gluten, processed sugar and alcohol for 2 weeks. Wish me luck!

February was pretty good though I had some challenges outside my control that cut into my exercise time.

Today's the first day of March! I'm doing the #streakintospring challenge. How about you?

Hey G-Team! I went for a jog through the park last night with my Run Club. It felt great! I'm still pretty slow but I'm in the mid-to-front range in my group now. I'm hoping to move up to the faster group in March so I have to keep up my running a few times a week.

The temperature dropped overnight and there's ice everywhere so I might not be able to run outside for a few days, but I know of an indoor running track I can use for free.

How is everybody else doing?

That energy exchange at the gym sounds great! Twice a week is great, plus you probably do lots of walking with the baby stroller and general NEAT with being a parent.

I have been horrible about exercising lately- no more dieting because I'm breast feeding, but I've been just plain lazy.
Tomorrow morning I'm starting a trade shift at a local gym where I work the front desk one morning a week in exchange for unlimited workouts. My goal is to attend two classes a week for the rest of the month, and then three classes a week.

Happy New Year! Seeing as we're such a small group, it's hard to do monthly challenges.

Maybe we can each name a challenge we have for ourselves and check in here to let everyone else know how we're doing?

I'm on vacation and have a cold so I'm out of my home and healthy routine, but I'd been exercising a lot in November and December and I look forward to getting back into the swing, hopefully early next week.

I love the optimism of the New Year!
