Hi! I guess we're not a big enough group for monthly challenges. Let's use this thread to check in on our own goals.
I signed up for a 5K race September 23 so I'm back to running. I didn't run much in June and July because of the heat.
I'm planning to run 4 times a week until mid-September. Some say it's important to always have a rest day between runs but I'm going to maneouvre my runs around a bit like early morning one day and later evening the next day so I can sometimes run 2 days in a row.
I'll probably keep doing yoga but only once a week for now while I'm focusing on running. I go out for 30 min running sessions and haven't broken 4K yet.
