I use agave and maple syrup also. I used them even before I transitioned to vegan. I don't use white sugar either.

Haven't had honey for 7 years. Umm, I don't have much call for liquid sweet goop these days. I have a bottle of agave nectar I occasionally use on pancakes,

So last night while I was cruising pinterest for some vegan recipes I saw a picture about how honey is not vegan and why.... Well, I didn't even think about honey as animal product but after reading it and processing it I now see how it is. (Super new at it and learning lots here) So my question is what do you use to replace honey? I have always loved honey so any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
