I had to tweek some of the ingredients (the price of cauliflower is outrageous here, used cabbage and red pepper) but love how it came out! Even called my mother (who is changing her eating habits)and gave her the recipe. Thank you for sharing!!!!

This sounds yummy perhaps on the first when i get my food stamps i can make it. My only draw back would be i dont have a food processor. An i have 2 daily use small appliancethat just broke i have got to replace first. My microwave. Brike this pasr week. Then i woke this morning to make coffee an my coffee por wouldnt work and i tried it on def plug its the coffee potthats kapute.

I made this salad this weekend. I love it! Every time I go to Whole Foods I have to hit up the hot/cold bar and get at least a scoop of this salad. Now that I know how easy it is to make my own I can have it any time.
