i'm in! i usually don't drink sodas, but i get one every once in a while. this will probably help me cut them out all together. and i agree with keeping the sodas out and upping cardio to 30 mins.

I think I was reading somewhere that you should only have a glass of juice a day because of all the sugar. I think is was in the spark? But Juice can be just as bad as Soda if you look at labels. But for now soda will be the big thing out!

I like it. I'm in. Are we including juice in our list of no-no's?

Next week I think we should continue with staying away from soda and up the cardio to 30 minutes.

How about we start with something simple:

Drink 8 glasses of water (No Soda, Even Diet) a day!
20 minutes of cardio

Let's do it guys. What do you think next weeks challenge should be?
