Good for you! I can attest to the magnesium. My dr. prescribed them for me when I was expecting my 2nd child and he explained that magnesium coats our nerve endings helping to keep us calmer. So, it has become a family joke, when someone flips out and loses it, someone will ask, "Have you had your magnesium today?"

My habits are similar to last session:
Bad Habit to reform: Stop waiting until every couple of days (or the end of the week) to figure out my game on score and track it daily instead.
Good Habit to implement: Daily flossing AND supplements! I'm now taking a multi-vit (which I hadn't been) plus magnesium...as it looks like there may be a link between magnesium and anxiety (in that magnesium supplements have been shown to help decrease anxiety in people)!
