My main tip is not to be concerned if you can't do all of her moves at first!! If you stick with it, you'll shape up faster than you think! I did "No More Trouble Zones" for the first time today and OMG!! Talk about a workout! I am super psyched about it though because I need to get toned...seriously. I've got so much flab and so little muscle tone since becoming a Mom 3 years ago.
OK, needed last minute exercise and bought Jillian Michael's episode 1, i think it is. I could buy and use computer. I like, but I've got questions... questions i can't remember cuz it's late and I'm tired. Any tips for a newbie?

So, I started Jillian's 30-Day Shred again and went to the team site here where I discovered she has a 30-day slim-down exercise program which is posted there! So, I've decided to do that. Just finished day 2 and my legs and buttocks are on fire! I am super psyched to be exercising and getting in shape. My goal is to "wow" the inlaws on Christmas with my new, fabulous body. :)
