I went to the library to get a Jillian Michaels DVD. Our large branch is usually well-stocked, but I couldn't get one today. I got several other workout DVDs.
First I did Dancing with the Stars Fat-Burning workout. I'm a slow learner on this one, but I can tell it's getting my heart rate up.
The one I did today is the New York City Ballet Workout. Love it. It's a more tranquil pace, but sure takes concentration and muscle focus. No mirrors in the room, so in my mind's eye I'm super graceful and coordinated. I think that's good for my diet.
