Hi LDC,

I LOVE Greek Yogurt. I have several variations of the same thing so that I can eat it. I had to pay my teen girls to try it, and now I'm buying the tubs at Costco because they eat it too!

To sweeten it, I use all natural Stevia, the powdered form that comes from Trader Joe's.

Add-ins: unsweetened cocoa & bananas, instant coffee, cinnamon with frozen raspberries or mango, cocoa with raspberries and for healthy fat, all-natural peanut butter, sliced almonds.
If you stir frozen fruit into the yogurt, you get a "frozen yogurt"!

And I did use a dollop instead of sour cream. on a Mexican taco bean chili -- A weight Watcher's recipe my kids love.

Hey everybody,

I'm struggling to find ways to make greek yogurt or cottage cheese palatable. I was thoroughly looking forward to the recipe out of the book that used kashi cereal but... no. Sorry. It was nasty. Anyone have any ideas?
