I started at 180.0 lbs the first of this year so, I'm down 16.4 lbs. That's the most I have lost in a 8 month period sense I start with Sparkpeople over 5 years ago. I feel so good about that! emoticon I still have to lose 38.6 lbs to reach my goal so, I will emoticon with Callanetics and my diet The Fast Metabolism Diet.

That is wonderful Suzy, I'm so proud of you! emoticon

I finally found a plan that works for me and I'm down 8.8 lbs from July 1st. It's called The Fast Metabolism Diet. I love it, cause I stay full and my skin looks smoother and clearer, hair is getting thicker, nails are stronger, I sleep much better, I have a lot more energy and I have lost more weight and inches in the last 28 days than I have any month in the last 5 or more years and I have documented my weight and inches (losses and gains) almost every month of 2012 & 2013 and the 1st of every year since 2007 on my SP page so I could learn from my diets. My goal has been to be at 125 lbs but that scares me at this point so I think I will stop at maybe 145 lbs for awhile and see how I feel about that.

So, you've put on more muscle Suzy? Where, in your legs, back or abs?
Well thats a good question Charlie emoticon
I will say that everything is getting much tighter.My abdomen still has the jiggle going on but I can feel tightness underneath that little layer, the layer seems to be much thinner.So If I had to pick I would say all over. My back fat seems to be going as well :) Most importantly the pain level seems a bit more manageable! I love Callanetics!

Charlie I think that is a great idea!Getting active in whatever you choose to do whether its an exercise plan or work in the garden is all exercise! Good for you to find things you enjoy doing!

My wieght fluctuates so much I really dont worry about it other than as a rough reference point as to how my body handles carbs.. which is not well if its lots of sugar and or flour. I have decided on a heavy carb day when I am craving, once or twice a month max. That gives me a cheat day I can look forward too when I want something not on my "diet" As long as I am loosing size I figure I am doing well. :)

Suzy, I was up to 183.0 lbs on Mar. 30th so I'm just glad to be back down to 181.0 today. I hope to lose 5 lbs this Month, we shall see. I'm cutting back on calories, fats and sugars. I'm not concentrating on exercise but just working around the ranch more. A lot of gardening and working with the horses and what ever else I feel like doing as long as I'm moving. I have a plan!

Finally broke that ceiling, whew thats been a long time coming, tho I am sure it will go back up, I seem to hover around 2 or 3 pounds daily. I just watch for the drop :)

My weight went up to 130 last week and I have finally made it back to 128, crazy stuff.I have reformed my diet to include more veggies, not really counting carbs just eating high fat and carbs from the 2nd tier.I need to start listing my diet again, getting lazy I guess.
We can do this Charlie! Don't beat yourself up because you fell off the bicycle, just jusmp back on and lets keep rollin :)
