Well I had an 1.25 gain..lol going the wrong way it would seem. But I am kind of sickly in the tummy this morning so thats probably where that in came from there, more crazy rearranging... gained in some spots lost in others..lol

This is a perfect example as to why not to get hung up on any numbers, we change day to day.

On first look , heavy sigh i gained .5 but here is what happened, I actually lost an inch in my tummy, gained abd inch in my hip (baby got back..lol) and then gained .5 in my bicep. Actually pleased with the results of rearranging ..I think..lol

Well I have started using my P90X dvds again, I have made it to week 3, and not re-injured my back. YAY! Thats what happens when you do Callentics, you get strong enough to try new things :) Last year when I tried and hurt myself in week 2, so i would say I have progressed really well, Thank you Callanetics!

Sure you could Charlie, easy does it is my mantra. So It takes me most of 2 hours to get it done, its ok. Its strength training, pushing my muscles really hard,safely. Cant get much better than that :) Made it 3 full sessions last week YAY!!
