Hi! Congrats on your water challenge!
Still trying to garner interest for an exercise challenge. The hot weather pretty much zapped my walking, hiking and swimming. With these lower temps, I'm eager to get moving again. My goal is 3 walks or hikes each week. (This is in addition to Pilates and weights that I do at home.)
