Rhubarb muffin, fruit cup with raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, honeydew melon. Also a very small piece of breakfast pizza from pizza hut! ( I had these things at a breakfast I attended), so I tried to eat healthy, and I took small servings of pizza, and muffin.

Hi,
My normal breakfast Monday through Friday. I make myself a Green Smoothie... I drink it on the way to work.... my greeen smoothie: banana, chia seeds, grapes, carrot, frozen frit mix (pinneapple, strawberries and mangos), slice of lemon, slice of lime, slice of giner root, spinach and kale. If you have more fruits then veggies - it's sweeter and it doesn't taste like veggies.

On the weekends.. I do an egg white and cheese in a english muffin.

This as most weekday mornings, a cup of plain Greek yogurt, 15 blueberries, 3 strawberries, a tbsp slivered almonds, sprinkle w ground flax seeds, hemp seeds chia seeds and 4 drops of my liquid vitamin d. I do switch out berries, ie raspberries and blackberries. emoticon
