Well, even though exercise is for a healthy heart, I don't think you can count on that for weight loss. It is obviously not something you can stick with, so it's time to figure out your calorie needs without it.
Plus, even though I totally understand wanting a certain number on the scale, you do look good at the weight you are now. I would love to lose at least 10 more and not for a number on the scale exactly, but I have been at 135 about 2 years ago and those jeans are still sitting there, begging me to wear them again. LOL
So, take a walk if you want, do some wII fit for fun, go golfing, play some ball. Sometimes I think when you read these articles about exercise these people have never dry walled. Their biggest form of exercise is catching the elevator. So, turn that TV off for 1/2 hour everyday and smell the roses (maybe next year you'll be swimming!!!!) you may get sick of me.
Hopefully, we are starting to just be healthy people.
See you later.

Sorry I haven't been around lately. It's getting crazy around here. I'm thinking maybe I'm stuck at 141 -144 for the rest of my life. 10 weeks and I didn't do terrible, but I didn't lose a thing . . . I do still need to exercise more. Maybe in teh next 10!

Even with this over I am like you, I want to keep this up, it is so easy just to go back to how it was but i really have worked hard these last 10 weeks and feel different so I have to keep this up. Now for me this is the real challenge is to keep it up.

See everyone on Wed.

Well, had a pretty good last week, went 100 over on Sunday, but I really wasn't too worried about it.
So, glad to see that so many have actually seen changes during this challenge. Clothes fitting better, feeling better, and the weight ticker going in the right direction. AWESOME.

Now what? I plan on continuing the calorie count and hitting the exercise daily. I still have more to lose and then I know that to maintain I will have to stay on top of my calories. That is where I seem to mess up. It seems like that is where it all goes down hill and as you all know, it goes on easier then it comes off.
