I'm still stuck. I think I'm going to try South Beach for a couple of weeks to give myself a jump and get back on it. I'm eating ok, but not as well as I should and not exercising enough. Need to step it all up.
My daughter made pre-team in gymnastics (yay her, she's only 6 1/2!), so she's now training at the Y 4 hours a week. Which means more workout time at the Y for me too.
Ok, I'm off now since she has gymnastics and there is a kick butt class at the same time on Saturdays.
