Oh, I have to pass on that one, I'm afraid. I eat a snack at 10 pm every day as part of my Overeaters Anonymous eating plan that my sponsor and I have devised.

09 September - banana, nectarine, cauliflower, carrots, blueberries, peas - 6 servings

10 September - banana, blueberries, orange, nectarine, cucumber, green beans, Brussels sprouts - 7.5 servings!

11 September - banana, orange, romaine lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions

I like to keep challenges simple and obtainable, so I am making this one a 7 day challenge.

We are to eat 2 cups of fruits and 2 cups of vegetable per day. Therefore, our challenge is to do just that.
