I have been so busy that I haven't been able to log on but I have been drinking 8 glasses of water and exercising for 30 mins or more every day.

Hello Team!
You can do it, Cherly! Too bad about the tub.

I have been exercising, but not logging it here as my computer monitor is broken. It gave us 2 minute at a time, and then it would over-heat and black out. We would let it rest, then turn it on again, and get 2 more minutes! Very frustrating.

anyway, dh has the old monitor hooked up, and while it does not black out every 2 minutes, it is all blurry and makes my eyes water when I am on here.

I will post my progress when I can.

I drink 8 cups of water a day, or more, and have been exercising at least 5 times a week for 30 - 45 minutes at a time.

Boy team I have slacked off on getting things posted and also on drinking my water some. I have been battling sinuses but got my 8 in for today. I also have been repairing a leaking bathtub faucet that I found out I will have to buy a whole new assembly to fix correctly, so I have been getting in my exercise that's for sure and down a pound this week. I will get my booty back into the game though and get going once again.

Okay, Team. We are beginning a new format for some weekly challenges. Thanks to MSTIGGERFAN (Cherly) for the idea from the Spark book!

Each week, starting on Sunday, we will have a weekly challenge. We will post our efforts here. The next week, we will have another challenge, that adds to the first one.

We will continue into July, but I will post those as we get closer.

13/14 June - 19 June:
* This first week, we are starting small. We are to exercise for 10 minutes, at least 3 times this week.
* we are also to have water - at least 4 glasses daily this week.


20 June - 26 June:
* exercise 20 minutes, at least 3 times this week
* get in at least 6 glasses of water daily this week

27 June - 30 June:
* exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times this week
* get in at least 8 glasses of water daily this week
