I'll check my stash of challenge ideas, and see what I come up with.
edited to add - okay. I looked, and there are some good ideas. I have a fruits and veggie challenge, cardio ones, a buddy cardio one (we add up distance with a buddy - depends on how many people are interested), simple pounds or inches lost), or combo challenges (ie. track your water, track your fitness, track your food OR pick a fast break goal from fitness, nutrition, and motivation, and do them each day.
