Squats and jumping jacks are great!

Can you do wall push ups? Running in place? Walk?

I've been doing squats and jumping jacks, I need ideas because we are using my mom's car and the wait for her to get off work is about that long or more

Oh, did you lose this week? I didn't know that when I typed that. I was just being a smart aleck in general, not talking about you sweetie!

I think it's a good idea to keep the cans in even when someone gains. That makes sense.

Although I went backward on the scale, once it's lost the can stays. I don't like that I gained but it is an oppurtunity to put more cans in the box

I like it - I'm all for donating, social justice, helping others out, etc.

Hmmmm...what else to do, what to do ...?

I'll check my stash of challenge ideas, and see what I come up with.

edited to add - okay. I looked, and there are some good ideas. I have a fruits and veggie challenge, cardio ones, a buddy cardio one (we add up distance with a buddy - depends on how many people are interested), simple pounds or inches lost), or combo challenges (ie. track your water, track your fitness, track your food OR pick a fast break goal from fitness, nutrition, and motivation, and do them each day.

What do you think?

definately.

I read in a spark email aout a challenge where they put a canned item in a box for every pound lost and donated it during the seasonal thanksgiving food drive. It could be something you already have. Just an idea

STRESSFULL - absolutely! That way others who may not exercise may see what sorts of things the members are doing. Maybe they'll get some ideas of things they'd like to do.

FRANCESCA - yes! We are starting with 4 glasses, so aim for that first. I wanted to pick a number that wasn't too high at first, for those members not drinking any right now, but not so low that those who are getting 8-10 already will not feel not challenged at all.
