Okay, Team, we need some ideas.
The other Leaders and I would like to begin some challenges to help us stay focused this summer.
One will be an ongoing one until fall, and will be a weight loss or measurements, or BMI one.
The other will be a shorter weekly challenge but with a twist - for each week, we add on something to make it more of a challenge.
My question to you all is:
For the ongoing challenge, would you prefer to keep track of:
* weight lost
* inches lost (measurements)
* BMI changes
Or all three?
If weight lost - would you prefer straight pounds (or kilos if you measure in that way) or a % loss?
