Greetings all Married Life Members!
Itís almost September which means itís almost time for our Monthly September Challenge.
This month I am going to have four separate, weekly challenges to get us moving, get us back on track, and get us losing!
The 4 weeks will run as follows:
Week 1 - September 1-7
Week 2 - September 8-14
Week 3 - September 15-21
Week 4 - September 22 until the end of the month
The first three challenges are called:
Back to Basics
Eat a Rainbow
The fourth one will be either:
a challenge to complete 14 tasks in 1 week
a 3-in-1 challenge.
