Each day, let's increase our walking time by whatever the date is on the calendar. For example, if you normally walk 30 minutes, then today you would add 6 extra minutes, since today is August 6. Tomorrow, you will increase your normal walk by 7 minutes.
It does not have to be all at one time - especially as we get towards the end of the month - just over the course of the day.
