i am up to 30 minutes walking. much to the Doxies (2 dashunds) dismay cause they have to go too.
i think i can, i think i can, i think i can. the little engine that could.
today is the first day to a better life. i just hope the sun is shining. if its raining someone toss me an umbrella. and if its snowing toss me some gloves and a coat. but most of all TOSS me out the door and tell me to move my butt.

Each day, let's increase our walking time by whatever the date is on the calendar. For example, if you normally walk 30 minutes, then today you would add 6 extra minutes, since today is August 6. Tomorrow, you will increase your normal walk by 7 minutes.
It does not have to be all at one time - especially as we get towards the end of the month - just over the course of the day.
