Planned on walking 2 miles...actually walked just 1. Shoulder is really hurting in the cold today, will try again later for more steps.

I'm focusing on getting and keeping my blood sugars down and getting off of insulin and medications and getting back my energy and peace of mind ... while doing that I know the weight loss will follow.

Plan 2 miles / Actual 3 miles ... beautiful fall day.
