What can you challenge yourself to do this holiday season starting with Halloween weekend....walking, stepping, treadmill, indoor or outdoor. Keep us updated on your progress!

I'm focusing on getting and keeping my blood sugars down and getting off of insulin and medications and getting back my energy and peace of mind ... while doing that I know the weight loss will follow.
