I got really sick in November, so I'm really behind with the healthy habit weeks. I was just reading Week 3 of them and there was a thing about "Spark Streaks" where you try and see how many days you can get at least 5-10 minutes of exercise.

Does anyone want to do this with me? We can compare streaks and keep each other going.
