Wow what an achievement - well done you must feel very proud. I started SP in January this year and am loving the support and community spirit. So far I have lost 18lb and feel so much better, I'm also enjoying walking both on my own and with a friend. Keep up the good work.

I weighed 242 when I joined Sparks in Sept. 2007. I lost 58 pounds that year and then let life's stress stop me in my tracks. I couldn't lose any weight for over a month and got aggravated! But I didn't gain all the weight back (226 lbs) and started walking Oct. 12, 2010 and weighed 214.6 on Jan.1. I now weigh 203.6 pounds. I started tracking calories on Jan. 2, 2011 and I'm loving feeling great!

How far have you come since you joined Spark People?
I'm focusing on getting and keeping my blood sugars down and getting off of insulin and medications and getting back my energy and peace of mind ... while doing that I know the weight loss will follow.
