I've been sick so it's been "comfy" foods that I've been wanting. TODAY I started out with a healthy (yet different) breakfast.....LowFat/High Protein Venison Chili. It was warm and soothing to my throat.

i stuck to my diet.l'm looking more positive about starting over.just posted my foods clear up to dinner and my snacks.so i didn't cheat on anything i put down.if i post it now i know i will stick to it.now to get my body back to moving.
each step is a little closer to where i want to be and to achieve.

I went for a walk today with my child and dog. we walked about 1 mile. Also there is the festival in town, and we didn't spend much money, didn't eat the festival food either.... it is a great day.

I've picked myself up from these past few days. I haven't really been doing so well these last three days or so (going over my calorie range, binge eating, feeling negative, etc), but today I'm back in the fight.
I got a good nights sleep last night, woke up feeling energized, have kept a positive attitude all day, & have gotten in some fitness minutes. So far, I'm on track with my calories & my points (I am doing Weight Watchers) so I'm really happy about that.
Today is a pretty good day!

Slugging down the water. Still ignoring the cake, cookies and chocoate. Will have to do a Leslie Sansone video tonight since I am getting my hair cut after work and by the time I get home, the weather will truly be ugly. If I can put in a mile with the pup, I prefer to do that, but Leslie is my backup plan.

When I went out to eat today, I was at Chic-fil-A, I ate a char-grilled chicken/fruit salad (no dressing) and extra fruit. I didn't order anything to drink, as I have a 32 oz bottled water in the car.

That's always my bad when I'm feeling emotional is grabbing the salty chips or somethng very chocolaty! I'm so thrilled that this little grocery store in town is carrying my favorite salty snacks that are low on everything...it's the Quaker Popcorn flavored rice cakes. I use to eat them in TX and I thought they quit making them till I saw them at Giant Eagle. I'm thrilled!
