I am currently focusing my attention on "what and when" I eat. Because I need to eat several mini-meals throughout the day, rather than 3 larger meals, I am trying hard to eliminate any "mindless between meal" snacking. I am trying to do a better job of planning my meal menus and eating schedule, so that I am able to resist the tendency to snack.

More consistency with my meals, still

Breakfast: leftover chicken casserole, veggies, peach
Lunch : hummus with veggie sticks and pita chips
Snack: nectarine
Dinner: Haven't eaten dinner yet

I eat very well doing the week but the weekends are a lot harder.

I usually just exercise, count calories and Spark but I feel like I need a little more discipline. Tomorrow I am going to try the flat belly diet for 32 days. It's basically calorie counting too with a MUFA with every meal.

Lunch : 3oz prime rib; 1/2 baked potato; 1 ear corn
Snack: peach and pineapple

Trying to eat more fruits and veggies

Breakfast-oat bar
Lunch-romaine salad, chicken salad, fresh mixed fruit, 1 cookie
Snack- banana, Green Giant single serve peas and corn
Dinner-a baked potato

I'm a work in progress.

Currently cutting down on meats. No pork or red meat for about 2 months now and I don't miss it.

I've been doing lower carbs the last few weeks and have managed to gain 5lbs. UGH!

Breakfast--2 eggs with 1oz cheese
Lunch-6oz grilled chicken and cauliflower
Desert low carb cheese cake (sourcream, cream cheese, sugarfree flavored syrup)


I MUST kick up the exercises...

I'm eating healthier by increasing fruits, veggies, whole grains, fiber. Watching portion sizes, limiting sweets. I usually have oat bran or oatmeal for breakfast; lunch and dinner vary but I try to stay around 400 or so calories each meal. I eat no beef, but do have chicken and am trying to eat more fish, but I really don't enjoy it. No sodas, lots of water.

I try to exercise at least 30 minutes most days and do strength exercises 2-3 times a week.

I'm trying to eat a healthy, balanced diet and work daily on getting more fruits/vegetables and whole grains and less processed stuff. I'm also trying to be more active. I try to exercise at least 30 minutes each day (with very few days off).
For breakfast I have the same thing almost every day...whole wheat toast with peanut butter. I feel cheated if I don't have it! Lunch and dinner are different every day but I try to stay at about 500 calories or so for each.
