I'm not familiar with the specific protocol by 'holistic nutritionista' but research is pretty clear that detoxing does little to nothing healthy for our bodies and has the potential of causing a lot of harm - before you jump into something temporary that you are nervous about doing, be sure you do plenty of research to find out what it REALLY does and does not accomplish and maybe do some journaling to look inside yourself to see why you think you should do it even though you obviously have a little voice inside yourself screaming "Don't do this!"
