I've only been Sparkling for about nine months......my only goal was to maintain my weight, which I did....and then somewhere along the way~signed up for my first 5k! Even though didn't run, was proud of the walk and time I made.
I hope to continue with the healthier eating and want to work out more....thinking about doing more yoga next year.
I'm a re-work in progress...LOL.. I walk two dogs everymorning for 30 minutes now, because it is bone chilling cold here., But my Resolution is Me,Me,Me... I have been so focused on others that I forgot about me. So I have to start to excercise again. Tipped the scale at 184.4 this morning. Gotta get the weight down. For ME this time, not for society nor for the Man. but for ME!!!
