Kudos to those soles I see running out there in the cold, bundled up as best they can. I'm not a runner....but do miss my chances to go out for long walks. I've had to resort to workouts on the laptop and stuff indoors.

Luckily I live where 50 is as cold as it gets. Will be traveling to cold next week though and will have to find a way to make it bearable. Training doesn't stop for the weather!

I know those of us that live where it snows and is freezing cold get out there and run anyway. I did this morning. intervals!!! What are your feelings about the cold and snow? Does it stop you?
