I love that you teach pole! It's something I've always wanted to do but don't have thw time. I don't even have a gym membership bc I don't have time. Lol I get in short 15-minute workouts in the mornings and then hike when I can (going today *and* Friday!!!) and make excuses to walk all over campus. Haha.
