My abs are starting to look wonderful! Pole dancing (st) is huge for me. I get my cardio in running and hiking and pole dancing. I know people say you cannot spot train. I think cardio burns fat and st gains muscle. put those together and there you have rockin abs :o)
I've been trying for at least 4 years to get rid of my abs...without much luck! How does someone do it when it's not caused by diet but by meds that I'm no longer on!! I have Crohn's Disease, so have a tendency to a bloated stomach area and the meds I was initially on for my Crohn's caused significant weight gain. However, I'm no longer on any meds for my Crohn's (altho of course, still have it), but the tummy is still there, all flabby looking!!
So any ideas on the best way to get rid (or at least tone up somewhat) this area that wont get my Crohn's going??
