Truly, the instructions are not too clear -- you do have to go from left to right and repeat. Slowly is best.

Lise - I don't understand the first exercise called the dancer's eyes. It looks like to me that you are only to look to the left and not to both sides or circle your eyes in both directions? this is confusing to me.

You're right MINNIE, the Satchmo move should be from cheek to cheek but trust me, you can feel it over your whole face when you're just filling up your mouth.

June 3 - I did the 10 exercises as specified with the instructions. It took about 6 minutes to complete. June 4 - June 5 - Did the 10 exercises again today. June 6 - June 7 - Did the 10 again. June 8 - Same June 9 - Consider it done!

Have you ever looked at the faces of people who do yoga? I know I have and have always been impressed with not only their bodies, but their faces as well. Below is a link in which you will find yoga facial exercises. Do a minimum of 5 and build up. Try to do as many of the exercises as possible. Only YOU will benefit from it all.
