The 6 months between the end of Season 10 and beginning of Season 11 will be a perfect time for us all to concentrate on what brought us here to Sparkpeople to begin with--our desire for healthier, fitter, longer, and more fulfilling lives.
So, here's a place for us for post whatever we want to say about our goals. Sparkpeople recommends creating short term goals as we move through our journey toward longterm achievement. If you're new to the program, it's time to create your first set of shortterm goals, whether it be drinking your 8 glasses of water, parking farther away from the office in the morning, getting 8 hours of sleep, etc.
For those of us in the deep throes of our programs, maybe we're ready for some NEW shortterm goals. And for those who have achieved greatness...and are already there...this might be a good place for you to talk about some of your experiences in getting there, and what worked for you!
