Season 11 of our show is about to begin, in just a little over a month. And all of the singers who made it through the audition rounds have some very big dreams right now. In fact, everything worthwhile in life starts out as a dream in somebody's heart.

So, let's take this opportunity to stretch our own imaginations and use the New Year kickoff as a springboard for our health, fitness, weightloss and other personal goals in 2012.
