Excellent! My printer is on the fritz so I've bookmarked it in the health/fitness category of mine. :)
I just realized that I already do the one about talking it up while dining out, and stopping when others are finished. I guess I get self-conscious when others have stopped eating, so I've already learned to do it automatically. Now if I could only do that when I'm at home... haha
I just looked at my goal. I want to lose about 51 lbs. then go from there. But it just seems so far away, so I thought of dividing it into sections.
Goal #1: 230 lbs.
Goal #2: 220 lbs.
Goal #3: 210 lbs.
Goal #4: 200 lbs.
Goal #5: 190 lbs.
Now it doesn't seem to be such a ridiculous task!! Now it seems TOO easy! ;p
